Ernestine Table Lamp, Ceramic, White, Signed. Large, gracefully proportioned double gourd form lamp with footed base and glazed in off-white. The ceramic body measures 17.25 inches high by 8.5 inches across its widest point. Glazed signature on body ascending from the base. Signed additionally on the bottom underside (covered by the base): "Ernestine L7 K55 Salerno, Italy". New sturdy bronze toned brass single socket with adjustable harp.

Measures: 21.75 inches from base to socket. Bronze base measures 5.25 inches and is 1/4 inch high. 

Ernestine Cannon and Matteo D’Agostino operated a successful ceramics workshop in Salerno, that produced and exported home goods to Europe and North America, from the mid 1940's until 1969.
