Paul Evans Wall-Hanging Console, Sculpted Bronze, Slate, Signed. In original condition and purchased from the original owner. Large scale chunky wall mounted shelf, finished dark in bronzed resin and decorated with abstract designs. A large piece of natural cleft slate rests on top of the shelf's black painted plywood platform to complete the design. Signed with an incised signature and dated on the front left side: 'PE 69'. Shelf does not have cleats. They must be fabricated by purchaser.

Good: Wear consistent with age and use. Minor losses. Chip to the the slate facing the back (not visible when hung). Remnants of house paint spatter to the corner edges. Slight lifting to the black painted wood edging - photo 10.
